Class plans and individual tracking sheets

Digital tools exist to view and organise students’ class schedules and their place in classes.
Each student is coded and has a specific language programme linked to class plans to support differentiated teaching.
This individual arrangement is reviewed quarterly by the coordinator.
Sites such as classcharts or provisionmaps offer such tools to schools.
