From Nam to 'former' NAM
In ‘split systems’ like in Belgium, NAM-students in secondary education follow one year ‘NAM-class’, which is orientated towards language acquisition. After that year they move on to the ‘regular’ secondary education system.
In this document, compiled by the Ghent Follow-up Team, a cross-network collaboration between NAM schools from Ghent and the surrounding region, coordinated by the Ghent Education Centre, the schools in Ghent give some tips on working with former NAMs.
